I also analyze and streamline systems (as needed), such as financial (cash flow, easy-to-understand P&L, AP, AR, budgets, projections, etc.); hiring, on- and off-boarding, benefits, payroll, continuous performance management, app and hardware provisioning; remote work situations; tech stack review; communication tools and cadence for individuals, teams, exec, and investors/board; sales operations; customer success operations; knowledge base with SOPS; active and archival file structure and storage systems. As someone who has successfully owned and run companies, I understand the importance of having a clear vision, placing people and culture first, and implementing good financial systems, including detailed revenue projections and operational budgets.
