Eric Josovitz
Atlanta, Georgia
Eric started his career in public accounting preparing taxes returns for businesses and high net worth individuals, while also preparing financial statements and cleaning up big accounting messes. An unexpected opportunity brought him into the tech start up world leading finance for a fast growth Series A SaaS startup. After building out the finance/accounting function from the ground up and structuring an acquisition for them, the opportunity to work alongside a tenured CFO arose. As the VP of Finance for a specialty pharmacy, he was able to make an impact across the entire organization by improving margins, reducing costs and driving revenue growth. A Fortune 10 company subsequently acquired them, which fueled him to start AdaptCFO. Over the years, AdaptCFO has help over 50 small businesses and fast growing start ups to success through strategic outsourced accounting & finance services. Eric continues to lead finance & operations for innovative companies while giving back to his community, family, and philanthropic efforts.
